1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by TAJ TRADERS (operating as Taj777), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Taj777 provides IT solutions including but not limited to software development, web development, mobile applications, cloud services, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and related technology consulting services.

3. Service Agreement

3.1 Project Scope

All projects will be clearly defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work that outlines:

• Project deliverables and specifications
• Timeline and milestones
• Payment terms and schedule
• Responsibilities of both parties

3.2 Changes to Scope

Any changes to the agreed project scope must be documented in writing and may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements
• Late payments may incur interest charges as per applicable law
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Client Content

Clients retain ownership of their proprietary content, data, and materials provided to Taj777.

5.2 Developed Solutions

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed solutions, excluding any pre-existing Taj777 intellectual property, third-party components, and general methodologies.

6. Confidentiality

Taj777 agrees to maintain confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

7.1 Service Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable care and skill in accordance with industry standards.

7.2 Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, all services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

Taj777's liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Review and approve deliverables as per agreed timelines
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary Taj777 information

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services performed up to the termination date. Specific termination terms will be outlined in individual project agreements.

11. Force Majeure

Taj777 shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, or government regulations.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana, Punjab.

13. Modifications

Taj777 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes via email or website notice.
