This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of services provided by TAJ TRADERS under the brand name Taj777. We strive to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation

Clients may cancel services under the following conditions:

  • Before Project Commencement: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
  • Within 7 Days of Project Start: 80% refund of remaining balance
  • After 25% Project Completion: No refund available
  • Consulting Services: 48-hour cancellation notice required

3.2 Taj777-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel services in cases of non-payment, breach of contract, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund for undelivered services.

4. Refund Eligibility

4.1 Eligible for Refund

  • Services not delivered as per agreed specifications
  • Project cancellation within eligible timeframe
  • Technical issues preventing service delivery (our fault)
  • Duplicate payments or billing errors

4.2 Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after project completion
  • Services delivered as per agreed specifications
  • Third-party costs already incurred (hosting, licenses, etc.)
  • Custom development work already completed
  • Consulting time already utilized

5. Refund Process

5.1 How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us within 30 days of service completion or issue occurrence
  2. Provide detailed reason for refund request
  3. Submit supporting documentation if applicable
  4. Allow 5-7 business days for review and response

5.2 Refund Timeline

  • Review Period: 5-7 business days
  • Processing Time: 7-14 business days after approval
  • Bank Transfer: 3-5 additional business days
  • Credit Card Refunds: 5-10 business days

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered in the following scenarios:

  • Project partially completed but cancelled mid-way
  • Service quality issues that can be quantified
  • Delayed delivery beyond agreed timelines (our fault)
  • Scope reduction during project execution

7. Maintenance & Support Services

7.1 Monthly Subscriptions

  • Can be cancelled with 30 days written notice
  • No refund for current month if service was provided
  • Pro-rated refunds for unused portion if cancelled mid-cycle

7.2 Annual Contracts

  • Cancellation allowed after 6 months with 60 days notice
  • Refund calculated based on unused months minus 15% processing fee
  • Early termination fee may apply as per contract terms

8. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, etc.) that prevent service delivery, clients may choose between project postponement or full refund for undelivered services.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter through our internal dispute resolution process. We encourage direct communication to resolve any issues amicably.
